An enterprise-grade Sales Management Platform purpose-built to streamline complex product catalog operations, inventory workflows, and sales processes. Designed to support both B2B and B2C markets, the platform offers advanced product configuration, multi-location operations, and real-time analytics all under one intuitive interface.
Before the platform was developed, the entire sales and product workflow was manual, fragmented, and inefficient:
Associates relied on large, unstructured spreadsheets to search for products making it slow and error-prone.
Orders were placed via Google Forms, lacking validation, tracking, or consistency.
Admins couldn’t easily monitor orders, revenue, or associate performance due to scattered data.
There was no role-based access system, leading to confusion and poor accountability.
Drivers and logistics coordination were handled via WhatsApp, with no integration or visibility into order fulfillment.
We built an Advanced Sales Management Platform to digitize and streamline the entire workflow:
Easily searchable, structured product listings with variants, pricing, and media management.
A seamless system to create, manage, and track orders in real time no more forms or manual entries.
Define user roles (Admin, Associate, Driver, etc.) with tailored permissions and responsibilities.

Replace WhatsApp with structured, trackable order assignments and status updates for drivers.
The project presented several challenges:
Building a flexible system to support multiple product attributes (size, color, material) and combinations without performance issues.
Implementing a secure, scalable RBAC system that supports multiple roles (admin, associate, driver) with fine-grained permissions.
Creating dashboards that pull live data across orders, users, and inventory while maintaining speed and responsiveness.
Ensuring smooth interaction between product catalog, order management, users, and notifications without breaking the UX or data integrity.
